WESTMEAD, New South Wales — Police are appealing Missing 13-Year-Old Eva Chen: Police Appeal for Public Assistance to the public for information that could help locate 13-year-old Eva Chen, who has reportedly gone missing from the Westmead area.

Eva was last seen at Westmead Railway Station at around 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 19, 2026. Officers from the Parramatta Police Area Command are continuing inquiries to determine her whereabouts and ensure she is found safe.

Police and Eva’s family are particularly concerned for her welfare because of her young age and reported medical condition.

Description of Eva Chen

Police describe Eva as 13 years old, of Asian appearance, approximately 140 centimetres tall, with a thin build and long black hair.

At the time she was last seen, she was reportedly wearing a white or beige jumper, light-blue jeans and white slippers. She was also carrying a light-coloured puffer jacket.

Authorities say Eva is known to visit the Parramatta and Turramurra areas, information that could be helpful to anyone who believes they may have seen her.
